At ChaiFast, we aim to deliver all required materials and documents related to partnership or franchise onboarding efficiently and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping for our partners.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping of necessary franchise kits, marketing materials, or equipment (if applicable) across India to verified and approved ChaiFast partners.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation of partnership and payment (if applicable).
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen logistical issues. We will notify you in such cases.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Standard delivery is handled via trusted courier or logistics partners.
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking details (if available) will be provided once your shipment is dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: 01/01/2025
At ChaiFast, we take quality and partner satisfaction seriously. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
1. Return Policy
Returns are only accepted if the product you received is damaged or incorrect.
You must report the issue to us within 7 days of delivery with:
Clear photos/videos of the damaged or wrong item
Your Order/Partner ID
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if:
The product was damaged during shipping and cannot be replaced.
The product received was incorrect and a replacement is not available.
Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Replacement & Exchange Policy
For eligible cases, we will offer a free replacement & Exchange for any damaged or incorrect item.
If approved Replacement or Exchanged product will be delivered within 5–7 working days after claim approval.
No replacements will be processed without proper evidence and within the required reporting timeframe.
